Dr. Jolene Nichols PHD, LCAC, MAC

Her therapy style is unique is that she completely customizes her approach to every person. Her years of experience allow her to quickly pick up on underlying core beliefs, which are preventing people from living their most true lives. Dr. Jolene is compassionate and treats from the basis of unconditional care and respect for each of her patients.

Dr. Jolene offers therapeutic interventions to help get loved ones to treatment, individual and group therapy, bio-feedback, and more.

In addition, Dr. Jolene works with other treatment facilities as a consultant in operations, corporate structure, and bringing in holistic therapies.


Dr. Jolene completed a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Deviant Behaviors, with honors, from Colorado State University. She received a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Doctorate Degree in Psychology with honors from Capella University in Minnesota. She hold a license in Clinical Addiction Counseling as well as a Master’s in Addiction Counseling through NAADAC.

Dr. Stephanie Nichols ND

Dr. Stephanie is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor. She’s passionate about helping men and women uncover the root causes of their health concerns. She believes in treating health conditions holistically and with natural therapies that work with the body, not against it. She works with her patients to help them better understand their minds and bodies and how their emotional well-being affects both.

Her treatment plans are directed at removing the obstacles to health and providing your body what it needs to heal itself. This may include lifestyle and diet changes, herbs and natural supplements, acupuncture, and homeopathy.

Dr. Nichols is licensed in the state of Arizona as well as Kansas. She is also in private practice in Arizona at her Integrative clinic – Onyx Integrative Medicine.


Dr. Stephanie Nichols earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences, with honors from the University of Alberta. She pursued her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine graduating with honors.

Dr. Kasey Nichols ND

Dr. Kasey is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor.  His expertise is in treating addiction from a whole-person standpoint. This means he addresses other mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, as well as physical concerns like chronic pain in addition to addiction. He believes in partnering with his patients to form a therapeutic alliance in their care.

He utilizes a combination of nutritional changes, lifestyle modifications, as well as acupuncture, herbal medicines, and mental-emotional techniques.

Dr. Kasey has worked in executive roles as the Director of Medical Operations and Administration for one of the leading treatment organizations in the US.  He is experienced in providing primary care treatment and has specialized expertise in pain management. Dr. Kasey has completed numerous rotations in general medicine and substance use disorder at treatment centers across Arizona.

During the past several years Dr. Kasey has given numerous interviews for newspapers in the state of Kansas specific to substance use and the opiate epidemic and was nominated for various awards including the Kansas Hospital Association Leadership award.


Dr. Kasey earned a Bachelor’s of science degree in Human Biology with honors from Cleveland University in Overland Park, Kansas. He pursued his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine graduating with honors.
